I can honestly say my fiancé and I probably wouldn’t be moving into our dream home if it wasn’t for Jody! We were first time buyers in a very intimidating housing market. Jody was very patient and always available, willing to answer our questions and tour a house but never trying to push us into a purchase. We were very particular about the type of house we were interested in and Jody picked up on it instantly.After months of searching, we found a home we fell in love with. We went through a competitive bidding process and Jody was just perfect, helping us time when to submit the offer and how to compete against the dreaded “all cash offers”. If that wasn’t enough, on the day we went under contract she arranged a last-minute inspection within minutes which entirely saved the deal for us! Looking back over the list of “must haves” and “want to haves” that I first sent to Jody, we found a home that checked every box within our budget and we couldn’t have done it without Jody’s help!

Jody is lovely to work with. She looks out for her client's best interest, and is always professional without being aggressive. We were living in Brooklyn and she would take photos and videos as needed.
